1 Package of Eryngii (King Trumpet)
1 Package of Bunashimeji
1 Package of Bunapi
3 slices of ham
1 Green Onion
2 Spears of Asparagus
2 Tsp Soy sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
- In a pan, heat sesame oil and sauté minced, mushrooms, ham, green onion, asparagus, and carrots.
- Next, fry eggs and mix with Rice before adding to the vegetable mix.
- Lastly, add soy sauce, salt, pepper, and add Chinese seasoning and toss together.
