Simple mushroom Spaghetti

Ingredients

1 Package (100g) King trumpet
1 Package (100g) Maitake
1 Package (100g) Bunashimeji
1 Package (100g) Bunapi
1 Clove Garlic 
1/2 an onion, cut lengthwise into small strips 
1 Lb Spaghetti 
2 Tbsp Olive Oil 
4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Sake 
Shredded Nori, a reasonable amount


Directions

  1. Remove Bunashimeji and Bunapi from the base and Separate into small section. Additionally Cut King Trumpet mushrooms lengthwise so that they are 1/4 of an inch thick and then cut horizontally in half. 
  2. In a pan, saute Garlic until it becomes fragrant. Stir in sauce (sake, olive oil, and soy sauce) add mushrooms and boil briefly then turn off the flame  
  3. Next, boil pasta in salty water. When pasta is cooked, add in the mushroom sauce.
