1 Package (100g) King trumpet
1 Package (100g) Maitake
1 Package (100g) Bunashimeji
1 Package (100g) Bunapi
1 Clove Garlic
1/2 an onion, cut lengthwise into small strips
1 Lb Spaghetti
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Sake
Shredded Nori, a reasonable amount
- Remove Bunashimeji and Bunapi from the base and Separate into small section. Additionally Cut King Trumpet mushrooms lengthwise so that they are 1/4 of an inch thick and then cut horizontally in half.
- In a pan, saute Garlic until it becomes fragrant. Stir in sauce (sake, olive oil, and soy sauce) add mushrooms and boil briefly then turn off the flame
- Next, boil pasta in salty water. When pasta is cooked, add in the mushroom sauce.
