Stir-fried Mushrooms in Vinegar

This dish is not only quick and easy to make but requires less than 10 ingredients.

Ingredients

1 Package (100g) Eryngii (King Trumpet)
1 Package (100g) Maitake 
2 Eggplants 
80g Tuna 
2 Tbsp Vinegar 
1 Tsp Salt 
Pepper, To taste
2 Tbsp Olive oil 


Directions

  1. Cut Eryngii lengthwise and divide Maitake into small sections. 
  2. Add all ingredients to a frying pan and season with vinegar. Cook until the mushroom are tender.
