Everyone loves sautéed mushrooms over steak. Here’s a great twist, using Hokto Kinoko White Beech Mushrooms. The mushrooms are briefly sautéed in a little pat of butter and gets a jolt of flavor from the addition of whiskey. (Serves 2)
