1 Package Bunashimeji
1 Package Bunapi
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 Tbsp Vinegar
200g Skipjack Tuna
Daikon Radish, reasonable amount
Choice of Salad Greens
Wasabi, to taste
- In a pan, Saute mushrooms until tender, set aside and allow to cool.
- Once cooled, add mayonnaise, salt, pepper, vinegar, and mix together until the mushrooms are evenly coated.
- Slice the tuna and set on a plate. Put mushrooms on top and garnish with the salad greens.
- lastly, add wasabi and enjoy
