This Protein packed meal is sure to keep you fueled and ready to go.
1 Package (100g) Bunashimeji
1 Package (100g) Eryngii (King Trumpet)
2 Heads of Bok Choy
1/4 Red Bell Pepper
1 Clove Garlic
2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Mirin
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
Coarse Ground Black Pepper, To taste
Vinegar, To taste
- Remove the Base from Bunashimeji, Eryngii into small Round sections, Chop the bell pepper into Small Portions, chop bok choy into 3 sections each and Mince One Clove Garlic.
- In a small bowl add in Sesame Oil, oyster sauce, mirin, Soy sauce and mix together. Add mixture to a frying pan and add in garlic, beef, mushrooms, and bell pepper, Saute until the meat is cooked then add in Bok Choy and cook until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
