A well balanced and Delicious salad. Perfect for a lunch on the go or served as a side dish.
1 Package (100g) Bunashimeji
1 Package (100g) Bunapi
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 Mini Tomatoes
60g Parmesan cheese
Cheese of Choice
2 Tbsp Olive oil
2 Tbsp Mayonaise
1 Tbsp Ketchup
Salt and Pepper to taste
- Remove base off of Bunashimeji and Bunapi and divide into small sections. Then add to a Frying Pan
- cut the tomatoes into two pieces and slice the cucumber into thick slices. season with salt and pepper. Cut the cheese into slices.
- Boil the pasta and once cooked, rinse and allow it to cool.
- combine in all ingredients and add to a salad.
