8 oz. penne
2 strips bacon
1 cup milk
1 cup fresh cream
4 oz. gorgonzola cheese
3 tbsp. parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. parsley

Boil penne. Break up Maitake. Cut bacon into 1/2 inch strips. Fry bacon until the fat comes out in the pan.
Add milk, fresh cream and gorgonzola cheese to bacon.
Melt cheese at low temp., shaking the pan.
Mix Maitake, penne, parmesan cheese, butter and salt.
Sprinkle with parsley to finish.
