Hokto Kinoko specialty mushrooms are grown, harvested, packaged, and shipped under the strict control of our Quality Assurance and Food Safety Program. We are proud to deliver our delicious mushroom varieties with health benefits in a continuous effort to ensure the best quality and safe mushrooms from our facility to your table. We are certified with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazardous Analysis and Critical Control Point program (HACCP), and comply with Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) guidelines. Our mushrooms are organically grown and they are USDA organic certified. In addition to our strict self audit process, third party audits are conducted annually by certified auditors. Through all the audit processes we practice the philosophy of "Inspect what you Expect" on GMP with HACCP, Sanitation, Employee Hygiene, Foreign Material Prevention, Traceability, Pest Control, and Microbial Testing to name a few. Our HACCP Certificate through GMP audit sums up our company and employee practice in GMP and our commitment to produce best of best.
